Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched via UPS within 3 working days. All orders are delivered free of charge from our central warehouse and will require a signature upon delivery. (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours).

Hole in one watches will be dispatched to your selected golf club, where it will be signed for by a member of staff and passed on to you.

Returns & Replacements

Returning items - Conditions

If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision to purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.

The item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras. We will only cover the cost of returning an item if there has been an error on our part, or the item is faulty.


How to return an item to us

If you wish to return an item to us for any reason, please contact us by email laurie@h1club.co.uk to arrange a return and refund, or fill out the refunds form at the bottom of this website. When returning items to us, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods by a secure, traceable method. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.


Refunds

When we receive your item, our returns department will check the item is in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We will process your refund as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to advise when your refund has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow 7 days for the money to reach your account.


Faulty Items

Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.


Exchanging an item

If you wish to exchange for another item, please return your undesired item for a refund and order a new one.
